Rules for Driver

1.    License and Documentation: Always carry your valid driving license and bike papers. Ensure your bike is insured and has a pollution control certificate and ensure your age must be 18 and above.

2.    Helmet and Safety Gear: Wear a helmet and provide a second helmet for the passenger. Make sure both helmets are safe and certified.

3.    Adherence to Traffic Laws: Follow traffic signals, speed limits, and road signs. Don’t drive recklessly or skip signals.

4.    Behavior and Conduct: Be polite, respectful, and professional with passengers. Avoid bad language, aggression, or asking for tips. Never smoke, drink, or drive under the influence.

5.    Vehicle Maintenance and Cleanliness: Keep your bike clean and in good condition, checking brakes, lights, and tires regularly.

6.    Payment and Fares: Only accept payments through the app, UPI, or wallet. Don’t ask for extra money, and avoid fraud or misuse of offers.

7.    Reporting Incidents: If there’s an accident or emergency, report it to the Turtle Support team immediately with accurate details.

8.    Ride Acceptance and Cancellations: Accept rides quickly and avoid unnecessary cancellations. Don’t pick or reject rides based on passenger details.

9.    Safety and Security of Passengers: Always ensure the passenger’s safety, follow safe riding practices, and avoid risky areas, especially at night.

10.                      Compliance with Company Policies: Follow the company’s rules. Violating them can lead to legal action, suspension, or removal from the platform.
